Day 1

A Perkiomen Motorcoach will transfer us from Pennsburg to the Newark Airport for our flight to Seattle, Washington. We will arrive in Seattle, where an airport transfer (included) brings you to the hotel. Here you begin your pre-cruise stay with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Then you're free to enjoy the city's unique culture.

Day 2

After a leisurely morning on your own, you will be transferred to the cruise terminal to board Ovation of the Seas, one of Royal Caribbean's Quantum class ships. These ships are for all the thrill seekers, gourmet globe-trotters and adventure enthusiasts. With spaces that transform on the fly, no other ships pack in more cutting edge experiences in one single day! The dining options have been re-imagined to give you a vast and varied world of culinary exploration. From outstanding Italian cuisine to an exclusive five-course meal, to feeling right at home with the main dining room. Royal Caribbean offers unique dining experiences for every taste.

Day 3

Today will be a full day of cruising. Let your imagination take flight on the skydiving simulator and experience the exhilaration of flying, or enjoy Two70® which seamlessly fuses together technology and entertainment in the one-of-a-kind room which promised to take you on a transformative journey from day to night.

Day 4

The Inside Passage embodies the best of Alaska's pristine nature and rugged beauty. The wildlife, rainforest shrouded in mist and magnificent fjords are among the many photo ops. We will arrive in Juneau by noon and spend a full day in Alaska's gorgeous state capital surrounded by fjords, forest and snow-capped mountains. Its historic downtown harkens back to its gold-rush origins and you can still pan for gold. But nature is the priceless treasure.

Day 5

The great Klondike Rush lives on in Skagway's charming downtown of restored 19th-century buildings and its historic railway. From the vintage train, admire the mountains and see the 1898 trail that fortune seekers traveled on foot.

Today we will enjoy views of Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier.

Day 7

Another full day of cruising will allow us to explore the Ovation and all that she has to offer. The North Star allows you to see the shores from 300 feet in the air and SeaPlex® is the largest indoor active space at sea. Including the world's first ever bumper cars at sea, a roller rink, circus school and more!

Day 8

Today is a full day in Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. With abundant parkland, it's known for outdoor activities. The city's British colonial past shows in its Victorian architecture, including stately Craigdarroch Castle mansion. Butchart Gardens, with 55 acres of vivid floral displays, plus statuary, water features and a carousel, is one of many formal gardens in the city.

Day 9

This morning we return to Seattle, where we will disembark the ship for our included transfer to the airport. Back on the East Coast, a Perkiomen Motorcoach awaits us at the airport for our transfer back to Pennsburg.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but can not be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Daily seat rotation is practiced on most multi-day tours. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort.

Perkiomen Tours recommends that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance for your tour. Travel Insurance is purchased directly by you from a third-party of your choice. One option is Travel Safe Insurance. You can purchase insurance directly from Travel Safe through our website. www.perkiomentours.com.

Please be aware that optional Travel Protection/Insurance offered by the cruise line may not cover transportation (airfare or motorcoach) to and from the cruise terminal. If you would like coverage for this portion of your trip, please inquire with a Perkiomen tour reservationist.

Prices are per person.  Newark Airport Transfers and Airfare are additional. Prices are subject to change based on availability. Cruise lines and airlines reserve the right to pass along changes or increases, etc. including fuel surcharges as deemed necessary and without prior notification. If this should occur, it may result in additional charges to each traveler even after reservations have been made.

 

Payment Schedule:

A deposit of $500.00 per person is due at time of booking in order to confirm a seat on this tour.

Final payment is due April 1, 2021.

Cancellation coverage is available when you purchase the Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program.  The cost of the travel protection varies based on cost of cruise fare.  If you would like to add Royal Caribbean Travel Protection to your reservation, please advise your reservationist.

 

Cancellation Policy (if not buying Royal Caribbean Travel Protection):

89-75 Days Prior          25% per person non-refundable

74-61 Days Prior          50% per person non-refundable

60-31 Days Prior          75% per person non-refundable

30 Days or less           100% per person non-refundable

 

Pre-Paid Gratuities:

Royal Caribbean will add a daily gratuity to each guest’s onboard account.  The gratuities will be shared by the Dining Services Staff, Stateroom Attendants and other Housekeeping Services Personnel.  You may prepay gratuities prior to boarding.  Guests who prepay gratuities will not have the automatic daily gratuity added to their account.  If you would like to add prepaid gratuities to your reservation, please advise your reservationist. 

 

Proof of Citizenship:

A current passport valid for at least six months from departure date will be required. Travelers will be responsible to secure their own passport. Passport forms are available at your local post office or any passport office.

 

Transportation Security Administration's Guidelines for Checking Luggage:

Customers are urged to leave their checked luggage unlocked, which will avoid the potential need for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel to forcibly open bags that require further inspection. Plastic zip ties or cable ties may be used if desired.

 

Customers are asked to:

  • NOT pack food or beverages in checked bags

  • Pack footwear on top of other contents

  • Put personal belongings in clear plastic bags to reduce chances of TSA Screeners having to handle them

  • Spread out - NOT stack - books

  • Leave gifts unwrapped should screening require them to be opened

  • Put scissors, pocket knives and other sharp items in checked luggage

  • Put film in carry-on bag because screening equipment will damage undeveloped film

  • Avoid over packing your bag so that the screener will be able to easily reseal your bag if it is opened for inspection
