Day 2

After breakfast, today's festivities begin with a parade! This is one of America's only historically accurate, chronological parades. It visually brings to life America's rich heritage representing each century from the 17th through the 21st, beginning with the Pilgrim era. We will then visit America's Hometown "Portal to the Past" Historic Village and join living historians from four centuries of American history. Experience American history for yourselves by visiting the authentic camps and scenarios of the historical eras. Later, we step back into the past at Plimoth Patuxet Museum (formerly Plimoth Plantation) where it's always 1627 in the village of "New Plymouth". During our self-guided visit you can interact with "native people" in Historic Patuxet, the 17th century English Pilgrim Village, and learn about their households, cooking, harvesting, livestock, and gardening traditions. There will be time for lunch on our own during today's touring. This evening we will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Homestyle Buffet.

Day 3

After breakfast, we will step aboard the Mayflower II for a self-guided tour. This is a full-scale reproduction of the ship that brought the Pilgrims to the 'new world' in 1620. Interact with the "Pilgrims" and learn how 102 people survived more than 10 weeks at sea! Enjoy lunch on your own and shopping at the Harvest Market before we depart for home. With stops for rest & dinner enroute, arrival home is scheduled for later this evening.
