Brooklyn Chocolate Mania

Day 1

Visit four of the finest chocolatiers in Brooklyn: Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory in the Heights, the Chocolate Room in Cobble Hill, Raaka Chocolate in Red Hook, and Li-Lac Chocolates in Industry City. You'll sample the most delicious variety of traditional and artisanal chocolates with up to five chocolate samples offered at each stop! Experience the history of chocolate, how chocolate is created from "bean to bar", meet the chocolate makers, and watch demonstrations. You'll visit shops that have been featured on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and the Travel Channel. Your bus experience will be enhanced with the multimedia presentation complete with music, slides, and famous chocolate scenes from TV and movies. While visiting the Valentino Pier, have your camera ready for one of the best views of the Statue of Liberty! Come with us and experience Brooklyn like no other tour because your knowledgeable guide was born and raised in the borough!

The included lunch consists of two slices of Grimaldi’s Margherita (a typical Neapolitan pizza made with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, salt & extra virgin olive oil) and a soft drink per person.
Grimaldi's does not offer Gluten-Free pizza. If a Gluten-Free option is required, Grimaldi’s will provide an alternative dish. Please notify the reservationist at the time of reservation if a Gluten-Free option is required.
You will be seated at tables and the food will be brought to you.
If you wish to purchase other food in addition to what is included, you may do so. Please be aware that Grimaldi’s is cash only, but they have an ATM onsite if needed.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but can not be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding.

To fully participate in this tour may require extended amounts of walking. There may be steps, inclines, uneven surfaces or extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitation should take this into consideration.
