Day 1

Interact with characters wearing traditional German costumes, including Heidi the Bavarian Beer Garden Girl. Compete in the Germanfest Olympic Games. The fun never stops!

No stops will be made while traveling to or from our destination today.
10:00 AM Approximate arrival at Silver Birches with Apple Streusel Cake and coffee
11:15 AM - 12:30 PM Strudel making demonstrations. Music & dancing with the George Stalter Band.
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Open Bar: beer, wine, soda
12:30 PM Buffet-style German meal
2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Music & dancing with the band
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM German Show with The George Stalter Band
3:30 PM Snack before departure

Buffet Style German Menu: Creamy Mushroom Soup with Toasted Rye Croutons, Roasted Beet Salad with Cardamom Vinaigrette, Chicken Schnitzel Cutlet with Gravy and Warm Potato Salad, Beer Braised Bratwurst with German Red Cabbage, Roasted Apples, Assorted Breads, and German Chocolate Cupcakes.
