Ocean City, MD (5 Day) at your leisure

Day 1

With a brief rest stop, we will travel directly to Ocean City, MD to make the most of the beach and boardwalk. Our lodging for the next four nights will be at the Howard Johnson Plaza, located on the boardwalk. This afternoon when our rooms are ready*, we will check-in.

*Packing Information

Since we plan to arrive in Ocean City early in the day, all the hotel rooms will not be ready for us immediately. If you plan to go to the beach upon arrival, to eliminate confusion, you will want to pack your beach clothing in a carry-on bag, separate from your other luggage.

Day 2 - 4

Your four days will be free to enjoy Ocean City as you please. Relax on the beach, walk the boardwalk, visit the city's amusements of all kinds - the choice is yours.

Day 5

This morning, we will check-out of the hotel at 11:00 AM. You will be free to run back to that favorite shop on the boardwalk, catch a few more rays and grab your lunch before departing. We will leave Ocean City by 1:00 PM.

Rooming Options

Know the Difference Between Oceanfront and Side View Rooms
Side View means your room is on the side of the hotel. You may be able to see the ocean from your room, but it will be a side view. Oceanfront ensures your room faces the ocean, likely giving you some of the best views the hotel has to offer.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Historically, daily seat rotation was practiced on most multi-day tours. We have suspended this practice for a period of time. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort if reinstated.
