Upon arrival in NYC, you will have some free time before the show begins.

Please plan your time so that you are at Radio City Music Hall to go through security and find your seats well in advance of the show's scheduled start time. This process can take 45 minutes.

The show's run time is approximately 90 minutes.

Following the show, you will have free time in the city until reporting to the motorcoach for the scheduled departure.

It is important to allow yourself time to locate, and be present at, the designated departure location several minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

After departing NYC the motorcoach will not be making a rest or meal stop. Please plan accordingly.

Radio City Music Hall strongly discourages guests from bringing unnecessary bags, particularly backpacks, into the theatre. All bags are subject to thorough screening, including the use of x-ray screening where available, which can delay entry. Guests who do not have a bag can take advantage of the No Bag Express Lines.

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Radio City Music Hall.

Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with the driver at the time of boarding.

To fully participate in this tour may require extended amounts of walking. There may be steps, inclines, uneven surfaces or extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitation should take this into consideration.
