Rehoboth Beach-Free Time

Day 1

You have the choice of shopping or going to the beach. If you would like to do both, you just need to decide if you want to shop first or go to the beach first.

Timed Itinerary

A rest stop will be made both to and from our destination today.

10:00 AM Those who wish to shop will be dropped off at the outlets, then we proceed to the beach to drop off the remaining passengers.
2:00 PM Pick up at the Outlets:
Those at the outlets who wish to go to the beach will be picked up at the outlets, then taken to the beach.
2:15 PM Pick up at the Beach:
Those at the beach who wish to shop at the outlets will be picked up at the beach, then taken to the outlets.
6:00 PM Pick up at the beach, then the outlets to head home.

Please Be Aware

The city of Rehoboth Beach has mandated that all motorcoaches must drop off and pick up passengers at the Convention Center. Please be aware that it is a 0.4 mile walk from the Convention Center to the beach.

For Your Information

- There are no changing facilities in Rehoboth, but there are outdoor rinse-off showers along the boardwalk. The rinse-off showers are open/outdoor located along the Boardwalk and are primarily used to rinse off sandy feet, although some may also offer a shower head. Public restrooms are not typically used to change.
- There is no access fee for Rehoboth Beach.
- Tents, tarps, cabanas, pavilions, canopies, sportsbrellas, and similar devices are prohibited. Exceptions are made for baby tents when used to shade infants and small children but must not exceed 36" high x 36" wide x 36" deep.
- Umbrellas with a circular shape not greater than 8' in diameter and a central pole no longer than 7'6" in height are permitted.
- Grills or any cooking and heating devices that use fire are prohibited.
- Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
- Alcohol is prohibited on the beach, boardwalk, and public streets within the city limits.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but can not be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with the driver at the time of boarding.

To fully participate in this tour may require extended amounts of walking. There may be steps, inclines, uneven surfaces or extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitation should take this into consideration.
