B, L, D

Day 4

Portland, ME - The heart of Portland is Old Port, a lively, historic district with narrow cobblestone streets and restored brick warehouses filled with shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The district has a working waterfront, where fishermen haul in the day's catch.

Day 6

Sydney - This is the largest city on Cape Breton Island and is linked by causeway to the rest of Nova Scotia. Sydney's attractions start at the harbor, where you can shop for locally made crafts and see the world's largest fiddle, which towers beside the port's cruise pavilion. Some of the city's historic houses and churches date back to the 1700's and 1800's and are open for tours. Restaurants often provide live music along with meals of seafood fresh-caught in nearby waters. Sydney's galleries give you a chance to meet local artists and purchase their work.

B, L, D

Day 7

Halifax - The capital of Nova Scotia was long defined by naval operations. The 18th-Century Citadel continues to stand guard, but today overlooks a thriving city whose restored waterfront features historic architecture, shops, museums, bars, restaurants, and more.

B, L, D

Day 8

Saint John - In Saint John, New Brunswick, you'll discover a perfect mixture of natural and urban adventures. Canada's oldest incorporated city, it is also the country's third-largest port and the only city located on the Bay of Fundy, home to the world's highest tides.

B, L, D

Day 9

Full Day at Sea - Port cities aren't the only places to shop on a cruise - browse onboard for souvenirs, luxury goods, clothing, and accessories. Try the adult-only solarium, golf simulator, Adventure Ocean activities, or the poolside movie night. Original Broadway-style shows can also keep you occupied during your time at sea.
